Refund policy

Returns for a refund will be accepted up to 30 days after receiving the product. No return authorization is needed simply include the original invoice or order # and send your return package to the address below. All items must be in new, unused, unworn condition with original packaging or they cannot be accepted. Shoes must be returned using a shipping box separate from the branded shoe box. Shoes returned in the branded shoe box taped closed with a shipping label attached cannot be accepted. Prepaid return labels are provided upon request. Cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund or store credit unless the return is a result of our error or defective item. *All purchases of Dunks, Quick Strikes, or any special release items are final. All sale/clearance items are also final. Large items are subject to a 15% restocking fee(i.e. snowboards, snowboard boots, snowboard bindings, longboards...)

For Exchanges please make a return and place a new order. This is the best way to secure the inventory and receive your product as soon as possible.
