Extruded Base Armada Our extruded base is tough, durable and easy to repair on your own, making it a great base for boards that you plan on putting through the wringer. Composed of a top-of-the-line HDPE base material, it is exceptionally strong with a hardness value nearly equivalent to our sintered bases.
Mountain Carbon Layup Carbon Stringer laid in a X format tip to tail to increase pop and increase tortional rigidity.
Composit Impact Plates Triax Fiberglass sheet laid overtop the insert pack and cured into the snowboard.
Pop-Lownia Core Inspired by resort sidehits and under-the-chairlift booters, this all-mountain freestyle core features a 60/40 poplar and paulownia blend. Strategically placed paulownia strips add dampness, helping the core soak up bumps and reduce chatter across mixed terrain.
Biax Glass Fiberglass layers running parallel and perpendicular inside the snowboard, offering the most torsional flex. An excellent choice for freestyle board models
